Team collaboration and open communication form the backbone of our operations, ensuring that each therapist feels supported and valued.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Physical Therapist at Caring Physique Therapy Center, your responsibilities will include:Conducting thorough assessments of patients referred by physicians to develop and implement individualized treatment programs.Administering a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to different specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.Providing skilled therapeutic care in alignment with physicians' treatment plans, demonstrating compassion and professionalism in every patient interaction.Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes through evidence-based practices.Educating patients and their caregivers on care tactics, rehabilitation exercises, and preventative measures to support independence and functional recovery.Striving to meet established utilization goals while maintaining a high standard of quality care.Patient Population / Client FocusYour role will allow you to work closely with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from injury, surgery, or managing chronic conditions. Our center prioritizes building authentic relationships with clients, emphasizing empathy and understanding throughout their healing journey. As you interact with patients of various ages and backgrounds, your ability to connect with them will be crucial for fostering trust and compliance.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.A valid State License in Physical Therapy in Florida.At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating knowledge of advanced therapeutic modalities and patient care.Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on patient education.Proficiency in computer skills and word processing to maintain accurate documentation and reporting.Preferred ExperienceWhile not mandatory, candidates with specialized training or certifications in areas such as manual therapy, pediatric therapy, or sports rehabilitation may stand out. Experience in a team-based healthcare environment and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will also be advantageous.Compensation and BenefitsOur compensation package is competitive, with an annual salary range between USD 100,000 - 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
