Job Title: Billing Analyst
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 6 month
Pay Range: $28/hr - $30/hr Benefits : The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, (paid time , paid sick and safe time , hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, paid holidays annually - AS Applicable) Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in invoice processing, billing, Accounts Payable (AP), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), collections, or related financial operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Office or Workspace.
- Strong Excel
- Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP (highly preferred) or SAP.
- Experience working in a large enterprise organization.
- Previous experience in media, entertainment, digital advertising, marketing operations, or streaming services.
- Familiarity with vendor onboarding platforms such as Graphite Connect.
- Exposure to vendor payment processes, financial reconciliation, and marketing expense tracking.
