THE ROLE Staten Island FerryHawks Stadium is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to support food service operations at one of Staten Island’s premier sports and entertainment venues, located along the scenic waterfront. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are ready for game days and events. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and prep areas Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks as needed, such as sorting and storing supplies Remove trash and recycling from kitchen and dishwashing areas Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards Monitor cleaning supplies and communicate restocking needs to supervisors Assist kitchen staff with maintaining overall cleanliness during busy events Operate dishwashing machines and other equipment safely and efficiently Support setup and breakdown of kitchen and service areas before and after events Follow all stadium policies and safety procedures Practicesafe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general position compliance training Maintaina pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies Complete other duties assigned by management Available to work none-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays) QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
