About The Role The role owns organic social media strategy and execution end-to-end, translating brand positioning into engaging content that drives community growth and engagement. The team partners closely with content, design, and demand-generation to plan, launch, and measure multi-channel social campaigns across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute organic social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement Create, write, and manage the social content calendar in partnership with design and video production teams Monitor social channels, engage with the community, and manage social listening tools to identify brand trends Analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics to optimize campaigns Run experiments on copy, formats, and posting times to maximize reach and engagement Collaborate with the PR and communications team to coordinate product launch messaging and crisis management What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of social media management experience within a B2B or B2C technology company Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics platforms (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer) Exceptional copywriting skills and a strong eye for visual design and video trends Deep understanding of platform-specific algorithms, analytics, and community best practices Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field Bonus: Experience managing paid social campaigns and familiarity with design tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite #J-18808-Ljbffr
