Responsibilities for Staffing Coordinator:
Coordinate and maintain daily staffing schedules.
Fill open shifts and manage call-offs efficiently.
Communicate with employees, supervisors, and management regarding scheduling needs.
Ensure adequate staffing levels to provide exceptional resident care.
Maintain accurate staffing records and documentation.
Assist with payroll, attendance, and scheduling reports as needed.
Build positive relationships with staff while helping resolve scheduling concerns.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Staffing Coordinator:
Previous experience as a Staffing Coordinator preferred.
Experience with healthcare scheduling is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
