In this contract opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year, you’ll help create positive learning environments and collaborate with dedicated educators. Most services are delivered through a push-in model, allowing you to work directly in inclusive classroom settings and build strong relationships with students and teachers alike.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification (Colorado or eligibility for reciprocity)
• Experience delivering individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress monitoring
• Flexible and collaborative mindset, eager to adapt to different classroom environments
• Understanding of a variety of disabilities and instructional strategies
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Previous work in school settings is highly valued

What You’ll Do:

• Provide specialized instruction and support for assigned caseload (range: 4–20 students)
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers and support staff to deliver services within the classroom
• Assess student needs and develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
• Maintain accurate and timely student records and documentation
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for all learners
• Engage in regular team meetings, professional development, and parent communication
