Associate Educational Sales Consultant, Inside Sales

- # Associate Educational Sales Consultant, Inside Sales### Raleigh-Durham, NCIXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking an upbeat, focused, high-energy individual to join our Inside Sales team.The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented and tenacious. You will have experience working with technology and assisting customers. We are looking for a self-starter that will support our rapidly growing global customer base.This is a full-time position in our Raleigh, NC area office. The work schedule for this role is Monday-Friday in the office with the option to work from home one day per week.#### WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING* Lead follow up for transactional sales and data input for processing* Conduct cold outbound calls and qualify inbound sales leads to communicate IXL's value proposition to new global users and to identify their requirements for the sales team* Ensure the timely processing of leads and assist with and support sales campaigns* Identify growth opportunities for the sales teams to ensure growth attainment* Conduct web application product demonstrations virtually using screen share technology#### WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR* BA/BS degree* Some customer service, inside sales or education experience, preferably within the ed-tech or software industry.* A high level of self-motivation, energy, and drive to succeed* Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively* Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs* Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail* Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills* Excellent verbal (telephone) and written communications skills* Understanding of web applications* Ability to accommodate various global time zones is a plus* Salesforce.com experience is a plus#### ABOUT IXL LEARNINGIXL Learning is the country's largest EdTech company.
