Events Coordinator II - Catering & Hospitality

As an Events Coordinator II at Aramark, you’ll plan and execute on-site events for clients across the accommodation and food services industry. You will coordinate catering, room setups, audiovisual needs, and event timelines while ensuring safety, quality, and brand standards. Partner closely with clients, culinary, and facilities teams to confirm requirements, manage vendors, track budgets, and resolve day-of issues.
