Familiar with HIPAA (Health Insurance portability and Accountability Act) rules. 8. Must have working knowledge of Windows, MS Outlook, Word & Excel, typing/data entry skills. **Examples of Job Duties** 1. Greet public clients, answer telephone, transfer calls to appropriate individual / take accurate messages. 2. File/work medical charts. 3. Organize STD clinic clients, complete required documentation. 4. Request medical records, copy and mail medical records to outside medical facilities/agencies. 5. Data entry, clerical support, payroll support. 6. Assume any other duties assigned by department head or supervisor. 7. Email Point of Contact & Monthly Dept. Activity Report. 8.
