Our Enterprise Transformation team is looking for consultants who are excited to help organizations deliver complex business and technology transformations. You will join our Transformation Management capability, helping clients establish governance, drive execution discipline, manage delivery risk, and realize business value across large-scale transformation programs.

The Transformation Management capability focuses on program governance, PMO leadership, integrated planning, dependency management, value realization, and executive reporting. Our consultants help clients bring structure, transparency, and momentum to complex transformations while leveraging AI-enabled ways of working to improve decision-making and delivery outcomes

Your Role

• As a PMO Transformation Consultant, you will support complex transformation programs by applying structured program management practices, governance disciplines, and analytical problem-solving skills. You will work closely with client leaders, transformation offices, and delivery teams to drive execution and visibility across multiple workstreams.
• Support enterprise transformation programs through governance, coordination, and execution management.
• Maintain integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities across workstreams. 
• Manage RAID logs and facilitate risk, issue, dependency, and decision management processes. 
• Develop executive-ready dashboards, status reports, and Steering Committee materials. 
• Support Transformation Management Office (TMO) and PMO functions, including governance and performance reporting.
• Coordinate activities across business and technology teams to ensure alignment and accountability. 
• Support value realization tracking, KPI monitoring, and benefits management initiatives. 
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and governance forums while documenting actions and decisions.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, analysis, and program coordination

Your Skills and Experience

• You bring strong AI literacy, including familiarity with generative AI tools and an understanding of how AI can improve business and transformation outcomes. You are comfortable working in AI-augmented ways to enhance analysis, reporting, and collaboration while understanding responsible AI principles related to ethics, security, governance, and privacy.

• 2-5 years of consulting, PMO, TMO, program management, or transformation experience

• Experience supporting large-scale business or technology transformation initiatives

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capabilities

• Experience preparing executive communications and leadership reporting

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working across cross-functional teams and leadership groups

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $$76,000 to $115,000 

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
