Customer Service Specialist

Do you display professionalism and genuinely care about a company's positive culture and values? If so, we would love to hear from you. We are looking to hire a Service Call Agent to oversee customer inquiries and concerns in our call center environment.

What you will be doing:

What to expect as a Customer Service Specialist: This is a hybrid role -
between Front Desk Support and Customer Service Specialist. Both roles will have an emphasis on Customer Service.

• Customer Interaction - Call intake
• Listen attentively to customer concerns, inquires, and service requests.
• Gather and document accurate information about the customer, appliance model, serial number,
issue, and pertinent details.
• Communications Hub
• Work within the supportive team in the Service Department
• Appointment Scheduling
• Quality Assurance and Problem Resolution
• Front Desk Support 2 days a week
• Weekly Pay

Our ideal candidate has:

1+ years of experience as a Call Service Agent, or similar experience/call center
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desire to continuously expand skillset
High School Diploma or equivalent

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Competitive hourly rate
$21.00-$23.00/hour depending on experience
