Senior Learning Manager

Leading a team of Learning Managers and Specialists, the full-time Senior Learning Manager will develop and execute comprehensive training strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement a learning and development strategy that meets the training needs of multiple accounts and business lines Provide mentorship and performance management for a team of learning professionals, fostering growth and talent development Analyze training effectiveness and continuously improve learning experiences based on data and feedback from stakeholders Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience 10+ years of experience in training and management, with a focus on coaching and developing teams in a fast-paced environment Solid understanding of adult learning theories and best practices in training Proven ability to assess organizational needs and design effective training solutions Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing large teams #J-18808-Ljbffr Foundever Group, a limited liability company
