We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a high-performing acute care team at a leading Level II Trauma Center in Sanford, Florida . This is a strong opportunity for both experienced PTs and new graduates looking to build their career in a dynamic hospital environment with strong clinical support and growth pathways.

Schedule: Full-Time | Evenings / Mixed Shifts | Rotating Weekends
Shift Options (8 HR ONLY): 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
New Grads: Accepted (ARRT required after boards)

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the State of Florida (Required)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Required)
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
• New graduates welcome to apply

 

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Range: $35.77 – $49.18 (based on experience)
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (case-by-case)
• Shift differential: $3/hr on weekends (Sat/Sun)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, and independence
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
