Business Development Manager - Florida Region

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to focus on new business-to-business account development within the Central and Coastal regions of Florida. Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship building, sales presentations, and meeting a sales quota. This position can be based in any of the Central or Coastal areas of Florida. Key Responsibilities Responsible for annual new business goals for assigned territory. Responsible for assisting in new lead generation along with making cold/warm calls Understand and take action on customer needs Make sales presentations to board members and homeowners Manage sales lead database Respond to and successfully handle any new business inquiries as quickly as possible As assigned, situationally work with division and/or home office resources to save and cure existing Most at Risk identified communities.
