Specialist, Field Marketing Execution

Company Overview Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC (Coke Florida) is a family‑owned independent Coca‑Cola bottler and one of the largest privately‑held Coca‑Cola bottlers in the United States. Job Overview Coke Florida is searching for a Field Marketing Execution Specialist to work out of Hollywood, Monday‑Friday with occasional nights and weekends. Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of national brand marketing programs and local events in the designated market, ensuring brand visibility, consumer engagement, and sales objectives. Key responsibilities include: Support implementation of regional marketing strategy and annual plans aligned with national goals. Support Region special projects integrating national guidelines, field insights, survey evaluations, customer data, and competitive action plans. Track KPIs and execute all field marketing activities, including scorecard, program modeling, and post‑performance analysis. Coordinate pre‑event planning meetings and post‑event debriefs, evaluating successes and improvement opportunities. Lead and contribute to local customer meetings, collaborating with DSMs and SAMs. Support creative development with internal and external agencies, oversee POS orders, and manage regional activation purchases. Process purchase orders and payments through Ariba. Manage budget accuracy, track invoices, and maintain zero overspend with monthly reviews. Provide problem‑solving for execution challenges and present concepts and updates for leadership approval. Activation Priority National Events (50% of focus): hosted in Coke Florida territory. Regional Events (40%): local events and consumer engagement operations. Special activation/events (10%): internal special events such as year‑end meetings and leadership summits. Requirements 1‑3 years of experience in project management, marketing, retail, event management or equivalent work experience. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions. Basic customer marketing and promotions experience. Microsoft Office proficiency.
