Housing Forward in Maywood, IL is seeking a Homeless Prevention & Diversion Specialist to coordinate entry, assess needs, and connect clients to housing and supportive services. The role includes conducting assessments, facilitating financial counseling, coordinating with landlords, HMIS data entry, and providing referrals to stabilize housing.
