Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms, making data-driven treatment recommendations.

• Engage clients in developing personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and preferences, integrating therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, potential treatment options, and self-care strategies to foster understanding and self-empowerment.

• Monitor client progress closely, making adjustments to treatment plans as required to ensure effective therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Able Care Rehab Services, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Your clients may come from diverse backgrounds, including underserved groups like homeless individuals, refugees, and victims of domestic abuse. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is mandatory.
