Empower HER Foundation is seeking a Family Support Specialist in Chicago to deliver trauma-informed, community-based services to children, youth and families referred through DCFS and partner agencies. You will work in home and community settings, providing individualized support, resource coordination and skill-building aligned with DCFS service plans to stabilize families, strengthen protective factors and support safe reunification when applicable. #J-18808-Ljbffr Empower HER Foundation
