Trauma-Informed Safe Ride Outreach Specialist

Housing Forward

Housing Forward is launching the Safe Ride Specialists for Crisis Intervention Pilot in collaboration with the CTA to provide trauma-informed, non-law enforcement support for riders and CTA staff. Specialists will engage riders on CTA trains and near stations, offering crisis intervention, referrals, and warm hand-offs to shelter or medical services as needed. Working with CTA personnel and partner agencies, the team will conduct outreach during evenings, document activities, and coordinate #J-18808-Ljbffr Housing Forward
