Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead pharmacy operations as a Pharmacist in Charge in Tampa, FL. As the PIC, you will be responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy functions, ensuring 340B program compliance, and supervising pharmacy technicians. A critical focus of this role is maintaining strong, effective communication with internal healthcare providers to support integrated patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day pharmacy operations with accountability for compliance and quality
• Ensure adherence to the 340B drug pricing program requirements
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians to enhance team performance
• Foster and maintain exceptional communication and collaboration with onsite providers to promote seamless healthcare delivery

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Prior experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is required due to the importance of close provider collaboration
• Florida pharmacist license in good standing
• Proficiency with Best Rx pharmacy system preferred
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to manage provider relations with excellence is paramount
