Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A pharmacy leadership role is available for a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to oversee operations with a focus on managing provider relationships and ensuring compliance. This position is located in Riverview, FL, and is a direct hire opportunity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Serving as the Pharmacist in Charge, accountable for the overall management of the pharmacy
• Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth workflow
• Managing compliance with the 340B drug pricing program
• Supervising pharmacy technicians to maintain high standards of performance

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Prior experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), where provider collaboration was essential
• A Florida pharmacist license in good standing
