Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Work Arrangement: Onsite

We are currently seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an onsite opportunity in Phoenix, Arizona . This is an excellent opportunity for a local LPN interested in working in a professional healthcare environment and providing quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care within the LPN scope of practice

• Monitor patients and report changes in condition to the appropriate clinical staff

• Obtain and document vital signs and other patient information

• Administer medications and treatments as authorized

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Follow infection-control, safety, and facility procedures

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, nurses, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team

• Assist with additional patient-care responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Current and active Arizona LPN license or applicable privilege to practice in Arizona

• Must currently reside in the Phoenix, AZ area

• Current location must be clearly listed on resume

• Must be available to attend an in-person interview

• Must be able to start within approximately 2 weeks of receiving an offer

• Strong communication and patient-care skills

• Dependable, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a healthcare team

• Must successfully complete all required onboarding and compliance requirements
