Senior Accountant

We’re currently partnering with several outstanding companies in the Nashville area that are looking to add Senior Accountants to their growing finance and accounting teams. These opportunities span multiple industries, including real estate, healthcare, professional services, and technology, with both hybrid and remote flexibility depending on the role. Typical responsibilities include: Owning month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities Preparing and reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements Supporting financial reporting and maintaining general ledger accuracy Partnering with FP&A, Operations, IT, and other cross-functional teams Assisting with technical accounting research and GAAP compliance Identifying process improvements, automation opportunities, and strengthening internal controls Supporting audits, budgeting, forecasting, and special projects We’re looking for professionals with: 3-5+ years of accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Public accounting experience and/or strong corporate accounting experience CPA (required for some roles, preferred for others) Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Whether you’re looking to transition from public accounting, take the next step in corporate accounting, or find an opportunity with greater visibility and growth potential, I’d love to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr Quest Talent Solutions
