Intake and Assessment Registered Nurse (RN) - Evenings

Responsibilities Three Trails Behavioral Hospital in Independence, MO, is actively hiring an Admissions and Intake Registered Nurse (RN). This full‑time RN will conduct comprehensive assessments, evaluate patients for appropriate levels of care and admissions criteria, and coordinate and collaborate with physicians and other staff to gather all necessary information.
