We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time IT Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT recruiting or a strong understanding of the IT industry. You may also assist with HR-related requests and tasks as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Source and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation
• Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and provide regular updates to hiring managers
• Promote our company culture and values throughout the recruitment process
• Assist with HR-related requests and tasks as required

Must Have Background and Skills

• 3 years of previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT industry
• Strong understanding of IT roles and terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
• Local candidates only, with availability to work 20-25 hours per week
