Put your expertise as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work, supporting students across two closely located campuses serving K-12 learners. You’ll be primarily based at one location, with the opportunity to provide expertise at a second nearby campus as needed, ensuring continuity of care and positive outcomes for students.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and active BCBA certification at the national level
• Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring behavioral interventions for K-12 students
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptability in managing responsibilities across more than one site when necessary
• Must be able to fulfill time-sensitive district credentialing requirements, including fingerprinting (prior AHCA prints may be accepted) and badge appointment

Your Role:

• Conduct assessments and design effective behavioral programs tailored to individual student needs
• Train, consult, and support school staff on behavioral strategies and positive reinforcement techniques
• Collect and interpret data to adjust interventions for maximum student progress
• Serve as a resource for crisis intervention or urgent support at either campus when circumstances arise
• Champion student success and encourage skill development in inclusive educational settings

This is a school-year contract beginning as soon as possible and lasting through early June. The position requires 35 hours per week on-site, offering a stable and rewarding schedule with exposure to a diverse student population.
