As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Buyer to drive category performance through strategic sourcing, vendor partnerships, & data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Manage procurement across assigned product categories Develop & execute category strategies to optimize sales, margin, & inventory performance Negotiate pricing, terms, & promotional support with vendors to drive profitability Analyze sales trends, market conditions, & competitive landscape to inform buying decisions Identify new product opportunities & manage product lifecycle from onboarding through discontinuation Partner with merchandising, operations, & marketing teams to align assortment with customer demand Monitor inventory levels & collaborate with supply chain to ensure proper stock levels across locations Track vendor performance, resolve discrepancies, & ensure compliance with company standards Support promotional planning, seasonal buys, & ad planning initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred 3+ years of buying/procurement experience, preferably within foodservice, retail, or distribution Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to drive cost savings & margin improvement Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel & data analysis tools Ability to manage multiple categories, vendors, & priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication & cross-functional collaboration skills 401(k) Retirement Plan with Employer Match Paid Time Off (PTO) in accordance with company policy Six (6) Paid Company Holidays Tuition Reimbursement Program (subject to eligibility & plan guidelines) Additional Voluntary Supplemental Benefits (may include life insurance, disability coverage, employee assistance programs & other optional benefits) Competitive & Comprehensive Benefits Package Designed to Support You & Your Family All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements & plan terms #J-18808-Ljbffr
