Part Time Funeral Associate (Daytime)

Description Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery and Funeral Home is seeking part-time Funeral Service Associates to assist with its funeral ministry at our Holy Cross Cemetery and Funeral Home in Avondale, AZ. This individual will assist funeral directors on services; drive company vehicles for service-related tasks, including transportation of family in a limousine, transporting flowers, work receptions and transferring deceased from place of death. Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid Arizona driver’s license; have an insurable driving record and be insurable under the Diocesan insurance provider; must be able to adhere to our professional dress code policy and work flexible hours; possess excellent communication skills and have no lifting restrictions. Previous experience in a Funeral Home setting highly desirable. Minimum Qualifications: High school education or equivalent two years customer service experience experience in a Funeral Home setting is highly desirable ability to be on call to work evening hours and Saturdays is a must bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus a practicing Catholic in good standing is preferred must be familiar with and be able to subscribe to Catholic principles and teachings Ability to be on call to work evening hours and Saturdays is a must #J-18808-Ljbffr Dphx
