Compensation and Benefits Manager

OverviewThis position blends operational ownership with analytical support across compensation, benefits, and HR systems. Acting as a central point of coordination, the role ensures programs run smoothly, data is accurate, and employees receive timely guidance across a broad set of HR processes.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day management and optimization of HR systems, including reporting, testing, and process improvementsAct as a go-to resource for benefits and compensation-related queries, providing guidance to employees and internal teamsAdminister health, retirement, and wellness programs, ensuring accurate enrollment, vendor coordination, and data integrityManage employee leave processes (including various statutory and company-supported leaves), maintaining accurate records and trackingCoordinate with external providers to address escalations, reconcile data, and ensure smooth program deliverySupport annual enrollment cycles, including system updates, communications, and employee assistanceAssist with compensation processes such as job leveling, pay structures, incentive programs, and year-end analysisGenerate reports and insights related to headcount, compensation, benefits, and compliance needsEnsure programs align with applicable regulations and internal standardsContribute to audits, data reviews, and ongoing process enhancementsHandle additional operational and project-based work as neededProvide guidance and oversight to junior team membersProfileSolid experience across benefits, compensation, and HR operations in a structured environmentStrong familiarity with HR systems (any major platform) and data/reporting toolsConfident working with spreadsheets and handling detailed datasetsWorking knowledge of benefits administration, compensation frameworks, and regulatory considerationsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesClear communicator with a service-oriented mindset and sound judgmentComfortable operating in a hybrid work environmentThe SR Group (US), Inc. is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.Please note that your personal information will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
