Compliance Professional License Full-time Company Description Financial Services - Commercial Banking Job Details Location: San Francisco Experience: 2-5 years Degree: Bachelor’s Relocation assistance offered Bonus available Visa candidates welcome Responsibilities Ensure that the firm’s activities comply with US and Japanese regulations, including JFSA and Tokyo Head Office requirements. Identify compliance needs related to JFSA and Tokyo Head Office requirements and integrate them into policy, procedures, and operating manuals. Support the development of a stronger compliance framework for both the CoDA and MUB Compliance Groups. Cherish collaboration with Tokyo to support initiatives and ensure both the CoDA and MUB Compliance Groups collaborate with all relevant parties in Japan and the Americas. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in legal and/or compliance (preferred). General understanding of compliance (required) and JFSA regulations (preferred).
