Take and defend depositions. Draft extensive written discovery, including interrogatories and document requests. Evaluate and execute litigation strategies. Manage client communications throughout litigation. Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Active membership in the California State Bar and in good standing. Minimum of 2 years of general civil litigation experience. Experience with catastrophic injury matters preferred. Strong legal research and writing skills. Excellent time management skills.
