Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client, incorporating strategies for pre-crisis and crisis intervention.

• Ensure timely completion of all required documentation, adhering to state and federal regulations while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as prescribed by our clinical team to enhance client evaluations and treatment approaches.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and execute positive behavior support plans that promote client success and stability.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and various service systems, helping to navigate community resources and enhancing accessibility to essential services.

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with external stakeholders, including state agencies and community partners, to promote Neuro Health Care Clinic’s mission and enhance service delivery.

• Contribute to the agency's licensing and accreditation processes actively to ensure compliance and high-quality service standards.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities such as attending workshops, conferences, and statewide meetings to remain current in mental health practices and regulations.

• Promote and integrate the agency’s core mission, values, and philosophy into all aspects of your work.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that align with the agency's needs and your professional skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is essential.

• An active Independent LMHC License is required.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
