Sales Representative

Furrow Pump is your experienced chemical equipment distributor, custom skid builder, and polymer systems designer serving OR, WA, ID, MT, AK, and HI. Whether you need a complete packaged system, chemical-related products, repair services or just advice, we can help. Responsibilities:

1. Meet or exceed mutually agreed upon sales forecast for a defined North Carolina/Virginia based geographic and product focused territory.
2. Develop product and application skills through in-house, on-line, and factory learning modules.
3. Develop and implement territory and product specific sales strategies.
4. Accountable for providing "best-in-class" customer experiences in your defined territory
5. Build strong relationships with clients. Once established, target 12-14 in-person sales calls per week.
6. Work closely with the inside sales team on a daily basis to ensure alignment on priorities, proper path on all territorial activities, and participate as a team player for the benefit of the entire Fluid Flow Charlotte organization.
7. Develop and close opportunities by working closely with your customer base, sales management and sales team members.
8. Provide product and application assistance to customer base.
9. Assist inside sales team with complex quote generation.
10. Execute sales process following company policies, including the use of Salesforce CRM platform.
11. Collaborate with sales team to exchange market information and successful selling strategies.
12. Provide sales forecasts, sales reports, and present annual business plan as required by management
13. Comply with company's travel and entertainment policy and stay within expense budget.
14. Conforms to all company Standard Operating Policies and Procedures.
15. Exceed the expectations of our contractual suppliers from a sales, product/application knowledge, and professionalism standpoint.
16. Operate in a safe manner and follow all safety policies.
17. Continuously improve your skills through feedback and guidance by the management team.
