About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its rapidly growing business. The CEO will be responsible for establishing and communicating the company's long-term vision, strategic direction, and growth objectives. This role requires a proven executive leader with a strong background in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, chemical, or distribution sectors, and a track record of success in strategic planning, business development, and financial management. The successful candidate will be accountable for the development and execution of the company's strategic plan, expanding market share, and driving innovation while ensuring operational excellence and sustainable financial performance. Key responsibilities for the CEO include providing executive leadership for sales strategy, customer development, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders. The role also involves fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and at least 10-12 years of progressive leadership experience, including 5-7 years in executive roles. Experience in scaling businesses, driving profitable growth, and leading through change, such as rapid growth or acquisitions, is highly valued. The CEO will also be expected to have strong governance, compliance, and risk management skills, and the ability to build and lead high-performing executive teams.
