Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and document findings. Administer medications and treatments as ordered and per policy. Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement plans; educate patients and families. Maintain patient safety, infection control, and accurate charting; ensure quality standards. Support discharge planning and transitions of care as needed. Requirements Active RN license (Nebraska licensure or eligibility for endorsement). Education: graduate from an accredited nursing program. Med-Surg experience preferred. Ability to work in a hospital setting and adapt to a 12-hour shift schedule. Strong communication and documentation skills.
