Executive Assistant

Job Description
AKA-Brands, a global public holding company with four fashion brands-three founded in Australia-is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support its CEO and senior leadership team in San Francisco.
This role is critical in ensuring smooth executive operations, managing highlevel scheduling, and maintaining a wellrun office environment.


Key Responsibilities
• Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and scheduling priorities
• Coordinate and organize board meetings and earnings calls
• Handle travel arrangements, expense reporting, and executive logistics
• Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership and stakeholders
• Manage office operations, including ordering supplies, snacks, and light upkeep (e.g., plants)
• Support communication across leadership teams and brand leaders
• Ensure smooth daytoday administrative and operational flow
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Required Skills & Experience

MustHave Qualifications
• Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting Clevel leadership
• Strong experience managing complex calendars, meetings, and travel
• Ability to support an introverted CEO with professionalism and discretion
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Comfortable handling both executive support and office management duties
Ability to work fully onsite in San Francisco


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

NicetoHave Experience
• Background in retail or eCommerce industries
• Familiarity with public companies and working with investors
• Experience coordinating board meetings and earnings calls
Knowledge of AKA's brands and business model


Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
