Role Description The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Brecksville, OH. In this position, the specialist responds to inbound customer inquiries, schedules and confirms service appointments, and provides accurate information about Orkin’s services and policies. The role includes resolving customer concerns, documenting interactions in the system, and coordinating with field technicians and other team members to ensure timely service delivery. The specialist maintains professional phone etiquette, supports billing and account updates, and follows established procedures to promote customer satisfaction and retention. This role requires consistent adherence to quality standards and a strong focus on creating positive customer experiences. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Customer Support, with a focus on resolving issues effectively. Ability to promote Customer Satisfaction and maintain a positive Customer Experience across all interactions. Strong Phone Etiquette, including clear communication, active listening, and professional demeanor. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to handle high call volumes. Organizational skills with attention to detail for scheduling, record-keeping, and follow-up. Comfort with computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
