As the Facility Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations. The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep of the facility and should ideally have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC certification.Required Experience, Education and Skills1-3 years of industrial building maintenance preferredExperience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical and plumbing trouble-shooting skills; utility installations (electrical, steam, air, process piping) is a plusHands-on experience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations and control circuits preferred.Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repairAn ability to work well under pressureRelevant technical knowledgeHVAC Certified preferredRequires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.BenefitsCresco Labs is proud to offer eligible employees a robust offering of benefits including, major medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(K)-match program, FSA/HSA programs, LTD/STD options, life insurance and AD&D.
