Workday Consultant

Seeking a hands-on Workday Scheduling Consultant for a 3-6 month remote contract, who will manage the implementation of workforce scheduling solutions for a frontline customer service team, transitioning from manual processes to a configured Workday system. Key responsibilities Collaborate with the internal HRIS lead to design and implement scheduling solutions tailored for a complex workforce Configure and troubleshoot Workday's time tracking and scheduling functionalities, ensuring compliance with airline and FAA regulations Transfer knowledge to the internal team to ensure they can maintain the Workday solution post-implementation Required qualifications Deep expertise in Workday Scheduling and Labor Optimization with a focus on custom configuration Strong understanding of complex scheduling solutions, including shift bidding and attendance management Experience with airline workforce regulations, including certification expiry and working-hour restrictions Proven ability to communicate effectively and facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams Immediate availability as a subject matter expert in Workday implementations
