Welder

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Hamilton, OH

Pay Rate: $29.00 per hour

Shift: Fourth Shift: 6am - 6pm (Friday-Sunday); may require training on another shift upon start based on operational needs.

What's the Job?

• Perform welding operations on a variety of parts according to print specifications.
• Set up welding fixtures to accommodate different part applications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Ensure all work conforms to quality standards and specifications.
• Assist in training new team members as needed to promote team growth and skill development.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform basic reading, writing, and mathematical functions.
• Extensive knowledge of aluminum welding (Tig and Mig) from .063 to 3/8 thickness.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with physical demands.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
