ResponsibilitiesGuide potential and existing clients through insurance options to find the best protection for their lives and assets.
Build and maintain meaningful relationships with residents throughout the Alexandria area.
Prepare and deliver clear, accurate quotes that demystify the insurance process.
Collaborate with our internal team to ensure every policy application is handled with care and precision.
Reach out to community members to share the value of our coverage plans.
Maintain an organized workflow to follow up on client inquiries in a timely manner.
RequirementsActive Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on listening to understand client needs.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic proficiency with office software and digital record-keeping.
Previous background in customer-facing roles is welcomed.
Commitment to ongoing professional education and industry updates.
