As a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent, you'll play a vital role in driving our business forward by identifying and nurturing potential buyers and sellers. You'll connect with new leads, qualify prospects, gather key information, and guide them into our sales pipeline. Your ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and stay organized will be essential to your success.
What You'll Do:
- Prospect and generate new buyer and seller leads through outbound calls, follow-ups, and other lead generation activities.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Qualify leads and collect important information to determine their readiness to buy or sell.
- Maintain accurate records and update client information in the CRM.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified prospects.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in sales, inside sales, real estate, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to quickly build trust and rapport over the phone.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
