Inside Sales Representative

About Us

Cairn Partners are the experts in the preneed marketplace. We partner with reputable, independent funeral homes to grow their business through preneed funeral and cemetery sales. That all starts with finding great sales consultants who we come alongside for onboarding, training and mentoring.

Job Duties

Answer customer questions
Present value options
Explain financing options
Make outbound calls and set appointments
Build business through referrals and marketing activities
Complete sales contracts

Education

High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Qualification

Previous sales experience
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Abilty to obtain a WA Life license

Skill

Excellent communication skills
Good negotiation skills
Self motivated
Works well in a team
Works well independently
Basic computer skills

Compensation

50K - 70K Per Year
