Total Earning Potential (Salary + Bonus): $93,000–$113,000 plus up to an additional 10% of your monthly salary with our second bonus. Your Role and Impact As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences. What you’ll love about this role Achievable Targets: You’ll average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload. Growth and Advancement Opportunities: You’ll advance through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV. At levels III and IV, productivity targets are reduced to 22, allowing focus on leadership, talent cultivation, and broader professional interests. Autonomy over Your Schedule: Full control over when and where you supervise your cases, empowering you to design a schedule that works for you. Administrative Support: Our dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing, leaving you more time to focus on clinical care and patients. Qualifications and Requirements Master’s degree in human services or a related field. Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
