Recruitment Coordinator FT Employee 1006 East Waterman Street, Wichita, KS, US The Recruitment Coordinator manages the recruitment and hiring process, as well as the recruitment team. As a working manager, the coordinator interviews, pre‑screens, and makes job offers. Works with all departments on employment needs, and coordinates advertising and recruitment for open positions. Coordinates and attends career and job fairs to recruit workers and promote public awareness of KETCH. Develops and manages a vigorous, comprehensive approach to recruitment and hiring of employees with a heart to support adults with disabilities. M-F 8-4:30. Hiring immediately. EOE.
