Talent Acquisitions Specialist

MCI is a technology‑enabled business services company that delivers customer experience (CX), business process outsourcing (BPO), and cloud technology solutions across a range of industries. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, attract, and hire high‑quality talent across the organization. The specialist will shape the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a professional recruitment journey from first contact to onboarding. Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, job fairs, and referrals. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and role fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Facilitate the selection process, including administering assessments, reference checks, and extending offers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track metrics. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve processes. Produce daily and weekly reports regarding recruitment endeavors and keep employment records for future utilization. Assist with other related tasks and projects as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role. Strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools. High level of professionalism and integrity. Employment Conditions This position is primarily sedentary. The employee will sit/stand for long periods, use a computer and telephone headset, and operate office equipment such as a copier and printer. The employee may occasionally need to move objects up to 40 pounds. Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based. Background and Screening Must be willing to submit up to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint; job offers are contingent on investigation results. Must be willing to submit to drug screening; job offers are contingent on results (does not apply in Canada). Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays.
