- Support daily bookkeeping and accounting functions
- Maintain accurate financial records and transactions
- Assist with account reconciliations and reporting activities
- Partner with accounting team members to ensure timely processing of financial data
- Utilize ERP systems and Excel to manage accounting information
- Help maintain continuity of operations during a leave coverage period
- Support additional accounting projects and tasks as needed
- Strong bookkeeping and accounting experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience working within ERP systems
- Ability to learn new accounting platforms and processes quickly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional, dependable, and able to work independently
- Adaptability to step into an existing workflow with minimal ramp-up time
