Job Full Description Bookkeeper Location: Cedar Knolls, NJ Pay: $20/Hour Responsibilities:
*Submit payroll bi-weekly for a staff of 6-7 employees. Export payroll via ADP.
* Billing - Manage the treatment billing to school districts and insurance companies.
* General administrative duties - order office and program supplies.
* Typing, scanning, laminating, filing, organizing
* Polite and professional mannerism. Comfortable in setting, consistent attendance and performance, attention to detail, someone who can help with organizational skills.
* Part time 16 - 25 hours a week. Could grow to full time. Flexible with 5 hours a day or a few full days. Office hours are M-F 8:30am - 5pm.
* MS Excel - Required. All billing is saved and worked through Excel.
