Temporary Bookkeeper

Accounting Clerk Handling bank and general ledger reconciliations, as well as payroll processing Maintaining historical records by filing documents Maintaining knowledge of current federal, state, and local legal requirements, ensuring adherence to them, filing reports, and communicating with management on needed actions Tracking fixed assets to produce depreciation schedules Producing the trial balance and financial statements, including, but not limited to, balance sheet and statements of income and of cash flows Executing accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, such as collections Ensuring correct and punctual monthly, quarterly and year end close Requirements 3+ years demonstrated bookkeeping experience, QuickBooks strongly preferred Associates or Bachelors degree preferred, not required Ability to work on-site 5 days per week
