About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership, overseeing all financial operations and accounting functions. This role is pivotal in leading financial reporting, planning, and analysis, and ensuring the implementation of strong internal controls and scalable processes to support the company's growth. Key responsibilities include preparing board-level and executive financial materials, maintaining a standardized reporting cadence, and delivering clear insights to senior leadership. The VP of Finance will also be responsible for the month-end close process, compliance with GAAP, managing reconciliations, and overseeing tax and payroll processes. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a CPA, a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, and an MBA is preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance experience is required, with a strong background in technical accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A. Experience in the fashion, apparel, retail, cosmetics, or consumer goods industry is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling finance teams, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to operate both strategically and tactically. A collaborative leadership style, strong cross-functional partnership skills, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights are essential for this role.
